So while in Canada, I decided to eat better. No only because I want to be healthier, but because I have gained an extraordinary amount of wight and it's time I start watching what I eat. I swam a lot this summer, my dad being my coach. I was told I'm a great swimmer, maybe because I just love it so much. People tell me I can hold my breath an unconfortable amount of time, and I love to swim around like a little fish. I have always been that way though for as long as I can remember. :)
