So Rachel and I have been working hard in our rooms, and it's odd to be in separate buildings now! We chat using our email chat thing...and we text but we used to be a door away. Another second grade teacher on my team is also moving a lot. She is our team leader and the sweetest lady ever. I an happy to be sharing an office with her. I saw the other second grade teacher who is ill, and She talked with me a bit about her condition. Poor woman, I hope she's ok. She missed a month of work last year due to pneumonia, and the medication they put her on just hurt her body more. I offered my help if ever she needs it.
We also went out to lunch with the two third grade teachers. They took me to this new place called Jason's Deli which is fabulous! Free ice-cream too.
Well, I snapped this pcture because it is a really cute idea Rachel had. He will say different things, kind of like a class mascot. This also reminded me that I still have a lot to do! #teacherproblems.
