Day one done!! I can't tell you how I feel. I feel happy, relieved, excited, scared, and mostly tired! Ok, so were my kids this little last year on the first day? I can't seem to remember that my kids were this little! I have babies. I know there is a huge growth spurt from 7-8 and again from 8-9 but I might pass for a kindergarten class. I love them though. I can already pinpoint my trouble makers, but I think I can handle the challenge. They do seem very excited for school, which makes me happy to hear. I had one little girl cry because she missed home, but if that is the worst part of my day then I had a good day. Onto day two!
Highlight: Seeing some old students of mine today. Made my heart melt a little. :)
