Today was a great day. When I woke up this morning, it was hot and muggy. All this rain has really made it humid and nasty outside. As the day progressed, I continued to work on my DVD project, but then decided it was time to go outside. I'm glad a did! Late afternoon, the sky turned gloomy like it was going to rain but that brought with it a cool breeze. On our trail at La Chua in Gainesville, we had the almost perfect weather. Not only that, but the trail is filled with wildlife. I was excited to see all the birds, the one gator, and lots of dragon flies.There was even some wild Dandelion blooming in the grass where the feathery petals would float away with the simplest gust of wind covering the grassy trail with a layer of white fluff. What takes the cake are the gorgeous trees surrounding this town. They make my heart smile.
